Bon Odori 2009 ♥

Well... it has been a while since I last went to Bon Odori. I think the last one was like 5 years ago. Anyway, this year was great, I finally get to go in a YUKATA!!!! >w<

My pink Yukata and pink flower >w< took this picture when I am back in my friend's house. Thank god the Yukata is still in one piece, i just need to straighten it a bit.

The Obi stays in shape through the whole event... This is out of my expectation, I was worried that I might have to re-tie it in the middle of the event. I did the Obi for my friend too, again, I was also worried that hers might get undone half way through the event. I did not want to imagine that, that will be .................... so embarassing!!!! >////////////< But I think I tie it pretty tight for her, it stays pretty good on her back. Mission accomplished!!! :p

I saw 2 of my high school schoolmate, it has been so long since I last saw them, like maybe 6 years... Though I knew they were there, it was crowded, and my phone cannot call out, so I did not manage to get my friends, but later I saw them somewhere near the stalls. I reconized the back of their Yukatas (because I saw it on Facebook) and I went over to say Hi.

I saw some cute Japanese kids/baby, so I took pictures with them. >w< My Japanese finally came in handy. Ha ha... At the same time, It's also fun when someone mistaken me for a Japanese and talked to me in Japanese =////////= I did not know what to do... If I told them that I am not one, then I feel like I am embarassing them...but if I kept quiet, then it seems like I am lying to them... Sigh...

I had lots of fun in Bon Odori this year. Looking forward to next year's!!!!!!!!! >w<

Silly Bunny~ ♥

Well, I bought a book on plush making long time ago, and finally recently I decided to give it a try. After a few failures and some research online... I present to you......S.I.L.L.Y B.U.N.N.Y!!!!

I named it that because it looks kinda silly~ and everyone knows why I picked a bunny for starters. >v<










This is my second bunny, the first one was pink color.

Yesterday, my niece pick up this bunny and K.I.S.S it!!!!! =///o///=
Oooohhhhh...... That made my day~ =v= I was sooooo happy, she never pay attention to my first pink bunny, but she like this purple Silly Bunny, so I would take it as an improvement (in fact, i think it is a big one, since she has so many nice toys and yet she notice Silly Bunny. Anyway, it's just me trying to convenience myself that I am getting better, so don't burst my bubble! =v=)

Now, I am making another one, also pink, but with poker dots! I hope this one turns out nice. Keep my fingers cross!!! >w<

Miniature Furniture~♥

A close friend of mine went to Taiwan few weeks ago, and she bought something for me to kill time~

She went to the miniature museum in Taipei, and got this set of wood craft assembly miniature furniture for me ^ ^

It is on a 1 to 24 scale.













At first I told her that this might take a while before she sees the whole set, because I am just not a patient person when comes to assembling things.

And today after dinner I was bored, so I decided to give this a try ♪ ^3^

This is how it looks like. They are pre-cut pieces and you push them out and assemble them together. Of course there is an intrusions printed on the back of the box that you can refer to.














Thank god there are not too small... Well... this one is not too small, the rest I don't know yet @A@ I hope it does not get smaller...
















Well, I have a little bed here... I think it is a bed. I think...
It is not as difficult I imagine it would be, which is good. I have not glue the pieces together yet, I might paint them later, so, just to be safe, I will leave them loose first ^_~

Ewww...I hate Coffee Bean now = =

As mentioned above, I am not stepping into Coffee Bean again.

Before I go on, here is a little note for Maria: Don't read this entry, you are not going to like it :P




Yesterday I went to Pavilion, and I sat down at Coffee Bean, and had a cup of Chai Tea Latte with soy milk and a sandwich. And... Half an hour later, I vomited. = = I manage to reach the toilet just in time, right after I shut the door.

I thought that would be the end of it, but it keep going until I have to stop some where along Jalan Sultan Ismail to go to a doctor. Doctor gave me an injection, but I was still vomiting on my way home. That makes it 7 or 8 times, and I have nothing left in my stomach, all that I ever vomited is foam and bile ="=

Doctor said most likely it was the Chai Tea Latte that cause the food poisioning, since if it was breakfast I should be purging already. Plus, I shared the sandwich with a friend of mine, and she is perfectly fine.

For the first time in my life I have ever vomited so many times, and among all the days, it had to be a day where it was S.U.P.E.R jam to drive home.

Therefore, I am not stepping into Coffee Bean again!!!! ="=
